Club Kid killer reveals prison’s secret sex spots

Club Kid killer Michael Alig, who spent time at theClinton Correctional Facility — where Richard Matt andDavid Sweat seduced staffer Joyce “Tillie” Mitchellbefore escaping — said inmates’ favorite spot for sex was the “meat freezer.”
“It’s easier to have sex with a woman [at the prison] than it is to have sex with a man,” party promoter-turned-killer Alig, who served 17 years for murdering his drug-dealer pal Angel Melendez in 1996, exclusively told Page Six, adding, “The women are working on staff and they have access to private rooms.”
He elaborated, “Like the storage rooms or the meat freezer. A lot of things happen in the meat freezer. Because there’s only one entrance, it can be locked, and there are no windows. Those places are known to everyone.”
Matt and Sweat reportedly both had sex romps with prison worker Mitchell before convincing her to help them bust out.
“There are also blind spots,” Alig said of having romantic rendezvous in the joint. “Officers are placed like every 100 feet. But there are these tiny little spots where the guards can’t see you — inmates know where all those spots are.” But Alig said he didn’t knowingly cross paths with Matt, Sweat or married jail tailor Mitchell.

He marveled over the cons’ getaway: “[The prison’s] over 100 years old, and no one’s escaped in all that time. You have no idea how hard it is . . . it won’t happen again.” He said no one would have heard Matt and Sweat using power tools because the jail’s louder than a nightclub, with music blaring at all hours.
The repentant killer and current artist is launching a fashion line, Skroddleface, in two weeks and is the subject of Ramon Fernandez’s doc “Glory Daze: The Life and Times of Michael Alig,” which debuts Saturday at the Manhattan Film Festival.
“In my mind, I haven’t really repaid my debt,” said former party animal Alig, who will appear on a panel after the film. “But I am going in that direction, doing good things.”
Plus, “These days . . . if I get an invite past 10 p.m., I don’t know how I’m going to make it. By 9 p.m., I’m ready to go to bed.
